"The Holders of Pipe" ('Puff and a Fire Elemental')
This is a 'bowl' (primarily designed to be a sacred-pipe-holder) I worked on in September of 2013. Standing inside the turtle shell is a Fire Elemental wearing a flaming headdress. Pictured atop the headdress is a 'Puff,' an Elemental Rascal-sprite. This is the only utilitarian-sculpture I've done in the current series/style I'm exploring.
A quizzical and whimsical duo! Perfect for holding incense cones, pipes, crystals, jewelry, etc.
